3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.4 Deposit Verification

3.5 Third-Party Funds Prohibited

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

8e889 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳2,000 you will receive an additional ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳4,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳25,000 in wagers before withdrawing. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

  • A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
  • Promotional terms apply separately to each offer.
  • Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
  • 8e889 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
  • If bonus abuse is proven, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.4 VIP Rewards Program

Regular players enjoy benefits across three tiers in our VIP program: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). VIP tier advancement depends on activity and consistency on the platform.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which will be displayed in the interface of the relevant game. 8e889 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

5.2 Fair Play Policy

If you have a dispute regarding any bet or payout, please contact the support team within 30 days of the transaction date. No complaints submitted after 30 days will be accepted. In all disputes, 8e889's server records will be considered the final evidence.

6 Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

If any of the following activities are found, 8e889 may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice and forfeit all balances:

  • Registering as a minor.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions.
  • Fraudulent or hacking activities.
  • Attempting to damage the reputation of the platform.
  • Harassing or intimidating other users.
  • Illegal financial transactions or money laundering.

If an account is closed, the user will lose all bonuses and promotional balances. Regarding actual deposited funds, a decision will be made based on the outcome of the investigation.
